Transformational Leadership and Organizational Change Examining the Mediational Approach of Knowledge Sharing

چکیده

This study examines the transformational leadership behavior for organizational change by creating environment of sharing knowledge in and individual level organization a sample 300 employees their managers. The data analysis using confirmatory factor structural equation modeling explores results change. Rather, this explains two dimensions from to change, relationship has been identified. show that strong significant with sharing, at last, positive also theoretical, managerial, practical implications.
